CHRIS Fagan's first season in charge has been given a tick of approval by Brisbane Lions fans.
The Lions recorded only five wins to earn their second wooden spoon since merging with Fitzroy.
But when fans gave their season verdict on the Lions in an AFL.com.au survey, 99 per cent said they were happy with the first-year coach this season.
The great Daynes – Zorko and new captain Beams – led the Lions' best players for the year.
Season-ending injuries to Tom Bell (ankle), Jack Frost (concussion) and Allen Christiansen (shoulder/collarbone) saw fans label the three as the most disappointing for the season.
Below are the full survey results, together with a selection of Lions fans' views on the season's highlights and lowlights.
