PORT Adelaide has been dealt a late blow for Saturday night's crucial encounter with Richmond at Adelaide Oval, losing defender Jack Hombsch to a knee injury.
Hombsch picked up a knock to his knee in last weekend's win against Collingwood.
Small forward Jake Neade comes into the side to replace Hombsch.
Neade's inclusion will most likely see Jarman Impey deployed in a defensive role that he has played during his career.
The Power could have also decided to leave Hombsch out of its side for better team balance to combat the small forward line of the Tigers.
Both sides are jockeying for positions in the top four, with the teams locked on an 8-5 record, but the Power have a superior percentage.
