ADELAIDE and Richmond look set to play in a cool but dry AFL Grand Final at the MCG on Saturday.
The Bureau of Meteorology forecast a maximum temperature of 16C, with only a slight chance of showers in metropolitan Melbourne.
Any potential rain is forecast to be up to just 4mm, but will have cleared by the 2.30pm AEST first bounce and is expected to stay that way.
Southwesterly winds will range from 15 to 25km/h early in the afternoon, then turn west to northwesterly between 15 to 20km/h in the evening.
