SYDNEY expects to have stalwarts Gary Rohan and Kurt Tippett back from injury and available for Sunday's clash with North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.
Utility Rohan was involved in a sickening collision against Carlton in round six and ruckman Tippett has missed the past two games with a hip issue.
Swans head of football Tom Harley said Rohan had cleared all the concussion protocols.
"He also had some whiplash-type symptoms through his neck and back but that's all clear," Harley told sydneyswans.com.au.
"He'll go through training this week and (we) expect him to be available."
Former co-captain Kieren Jack will miss a third-straight game with a hip issue, but is on track to return the following week.
"It is going well," Harley said.
"All things being equal he has another good week-and-a-half of training and conditioning and is available next week."
Promising midfielder Dan Robinson has been cleared to resume playing after overcoming a collarbone injury he suffered in round one.
"He's been training now for the past couple of weeks, he'll ramp up his contact work this week," Harley said.
"We're not expecting any setbacks and expecting him to be available come the end of the week.
"With regards to where he plays, that's obviously still to be determined."
