IT'S ENOUGH to break the hearts of West Coast fans – the twin sons of Brownlow medallist Chris Judd have been claimed by Carlton.
Tom and Darcy Judd, who are 11 weeks old, were photographed by their father on Wednesday kitted out in navy blue.
The picture, posted on social media, was accompanied by the hashtag #Baggers.
"This will surely make your day, Bluebaggers!" Carlton's website exclaimed.
"It seems the Blues have added another two – very young – recruits!"
Judd and his wife Bec, who also have a five-year-old son Oscar and two-year-old daughter Billie, welcomed the twins into the world on September 29.
The champion midfielder played 134 games with West Coast before joining Carlton and playing another 145, so both clubs would be eligible to bid for the Judd boys under father-son rules if they pursued AFL careers.
Judd won his first Brownlow with West Coast in 2004 before captaining the club to the 2006 premiership.
He joined Carlton ahead of the 2008 season and won the 2010 Brownlow Medal, becoming one of just five players to win the prestigious award at two different clubs.
