IT WAS another tough week on the front line for Fantasy coaches, but rather than looking for the delete team button, keep making smart moves and things will turn around in no time … I hope.
Fantasy Pig
Sam Mitchell (MID, $629,000) has always been good, but this is just ridiculous. The man is like a fine wine. Against the Saints he had 44 touches, continuing his outstanding form on his way to a game high 130. In the pre-season there was plenty of concern about Mitchell's age and whether he could maintain the high standard he has set for a number of years, but he has made a mockery of that discussion with a season average 129 and his price has increased by 55K. He is only owned by 11 per cent of the competition. More fool the rest of us.
Fantasy Prestigiacomo
From Pig nomination to Presti, Tom Mitchell (MID, $607,000) has experienced the highs and lows of Fantasy so far this season, receiving the highest of accolades earlier in the year, only to churn out a very disappointing 60, which included only 11 in the second half. This kind of statistic used to be understandable when he was thrown the red vest in the third quarter, but this time it was all in Tom's hands. What makes it worse was the faith shown by many coaches in giving him the captaincy.
Piglet
After scoring just 36 on debut, Josh Wagner (DEF, $166,000) bounced back with authority after roaming the back line for 24 touches, six marks and five tackles for an impressive 98. He looks a prime cash cow with a break even of -26.

The most common questions I have received are: should we give Sam Gray, Tom Sheridan, Michael Barlow etc. another chance?
The answer is NO! They have had enough now. If you are in the lucky boat of not having forced trades like Jason Johannisen, start to say goodbye to these under-achievers.
@RoyDT @WarnieDT @CalvinDT Do you reckon a Stef to Nicholls, Barlow to Merrett or is Stef - Tippett, Barlow - Daniels better? #AFLFantasy

It's a tough one mate, but I think Merrett is a must-have!
Which two go first? S grey, lonergan or Sheridan? @AFLFantasy @WarnieDT @RoyDT @CalvinDT #AFLFantasy

Sheridan plays the Blues at home this week, so hopefully he can produce something respectable.
@WarnieDT @CalvinDT @RoyDT Duncan or Daniel #aflfantasy
— Matthew Pham (@Matty_Pham) April 17, 2016
Both good options but I would go Daniel, due to being a forward and Duncan clogs up a spot we should aim to fill with a top-eight mid.
@RoyDT who do you like the best out of these three; Wagner , t lee or Byrne-jones??? I watched lee and he did look good down back...
— Ross O'sullivan (@ross_osullivan4) April 17, 2016
I traded Lee in, hoping he would pick up six or seven marks across half-back, and not only did he do it, he looked good doing it. He is my choice.
