E-Commerce Services Coordinator (VIC)

Reporting to the Infinite Retail management team but situated at the AFL Club House, you will work closely with our partner sporting organisations to develop and implement an on-line retail sales strategy and engaging e-commerce platform, designed to deliver a best in class environment for sports retail customers, ensuring optimised customer experience and delivery of strong conversion outcomes – both for Infinite Retail and our sporting partners – specifically the AFL and AFL Clubs.
Your primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage client relationship with relevant sporting bodies
- Ensure consistency and appropriateness of online channel digital messaging, maintain relevant corporate and partner branding at all times
- Implement a content & marketing strategy that drives sales, conversion rates and traffic (click through) to online channels
- Utilise analytics to assess the results of digital content and associated campaigns
- Provide relevant reports and presentations as required into digital content effectiveness and impact on sales, click through, traffic and conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with sporting partners to ensure budget delivery, brand consistency and best representation through online channel of products
What skills and experience do I need to become successful?
- Marketing, Finance or sports management degree qualification (desirable)
- Account/client management experience - you will be working with many internal customers as well as trade partners so your relationship building skills will be top notch
- Customer focused with a relentless desire to improve customer engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in online and consumer analytics
- High attention to detail and good time management skills
- Understanding of the sports retail licensing landscape & a general interest in sport
