HR Administrator / Coordinator (11 month maternity leave contract)

While a background in human resources is advantageous, we are foremost looking for a great team player who is very capable of, and energized by, delivering and improving all HR administrative activities, records management and compliance priorities as well as coordinating other key team priorities. This will be your domain to own and make high performance.
You will:
have an eye for detail and be very organised;
enjoy and have a demonstrable record of delivering and co-ordinating significant, operational, contractual, legal and compliance priorities to a high standard, on time and in budget;
be a confident operator of systems, including highly proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook), and experienced with data management and reporting;
enjoy working with, and servicing the needs of a diverse client group;
have strong personal ethics, upholding the privacy and confidentiality of others; and
have sought out and implemented ideas and projects to improve performance of administrative and related practices.

This role is required to have flexible working hours, including some nights and weekend work. In particular you are expected to attend Western Bulldogs home games and events.
