Responsibilities:
CFC Fleet Vehicles
- Monthly kilometer tracking and reporting spreadsheet back to Hyundai
- Changing over fleet vehicles prior to 10k/klm intervals
- Liaising with Hyundai to trigger the ordering process for new vehicles with Hyundai
Launch and drive CFC “Supporters Incentive Program”
- Create dealer sales staff awareness of the Carlton Supporter Program
- Tie this program in with the Hyundai Sales Staff Incentive Plan
- Encourage sales staff to use this program to ‘Close the Sales’
Drive Hyundai Sales Staff Incentive Plan
- Carry out monthly Hyundai Dealer visitations promoting the Sales Staff Incentive Plan
- Creating an intense awareness of each sales person status
- Advising sales staff of the inducements they are in line to receive
Coterie Group Game Day Activation
- Forward emails to Coterie guests prior to home games of the attendance of the Hyundai Facilitation Manager
- Assist with post match day follow on of leads generated from contacts made on the day
Sales Prospecting to Targeted Small Corporate Clients
- Targeted sales prospecting of small corporate clients of CFC. Targeted clients to be determined under instruction from Hyundai Facilitation Manager
Corporate Database Administration
- Maintenance of corporate database capturing contact information, contact events, progress status of sales approaches and ongoing status
Competencies and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong report writing and presentation preparation skills
- Initiative, independence, enthusiasm and motivation
- Sales experience within Motor Vehicle industry
- Time management across multiple competing industries
- Planning, monitoring and anticipation of Hyundai Facilitation Manager needs based on strategic priorities and communications handling
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence, ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Sales experience in the automotive after market field will be highly regarded
