MELBOURNE and the Western Bulldogs have each made five list changes ahead of the second AFL Women's Game next month.

The clubs will find replacements for the players via a special mini-draft to be held next week.

Melbourne won the first meeting between the teams at the MCG in May by eight points, 4.13 (37) to 4.5 (29).

As a result, the Western Bulldogs will have the first selection in the mini-draft.

The No.2 selection in the first women's draft this year, Danielle Goding from South Australian club Morphetville Park, headlines the changes for Melbourne.

Cecilia McIntosh (Melbourne University), who will miss with an injured knee, Brooke Whyte (Melbourne University), Jodie Hicks (Riverine Lions) and Kira Phillips (Peel Thunder) have also been rotated out of the original Melbourne squad.

For the Western Bulldogs, Phoebe McWilliams (St Kilda Sharks), Jordan Zanchetta (Yeronga), Hannah Scott (Eastern Devils), Maddy Keryk (Melbourne University) and Pepa Randall (St Kilda Sharks) will miss the second match.

The second AFL Women's Match will be held as the curtain-raiser to the Western Bulldogs-Melbourne game at Etihad Stadium on Sunday, August 16.

AFL.com.au will exclusively reveal the draftees in a special podcast hosted by Nat Edwards, and featuring Melbourne skipper Daisy Pearce and AFL Victoria's Chyloe Kurdas, at midday on Wednesday, July 22.
