To assist in building our all-important off field team; our crowd numbers. The Gold Coast Football Club is seeking a passionate, committed and enthusiastic Ticket Sales Executive to join our club.

The position will report to the Membership & Ticketing Manager and will work closely with all departments at the Club. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all seating inventory for all Gold Coast SUNS home and away AFL season;
  • Execute a crowd build strategy to maximise home crowd attendance through a variety of marketing and promotional activities;
  • Identification of sales leads to achieve daily ticketing targets against KPI’s;
  • Identify and grow our Group Sales program; and
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Membership team

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A strong personal brand which personifies the Gold Coast SUNS values of bold, fresh, relentless, dependable and community;
  • Experience in outbound and face to face sales campaigns;
  • Proven database and sales experience;
  • Strong evaluation and reporting skills;
  • A superior customer service focus with proven ability to manage customer relationships;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail; and
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
