This weekend: Port Adelaide v Adelaide - Sunday July 31, 1.40pm, Alberton Oval
Midfielder Cam Ellis-Yolmen put in an eye-catching performance in the Crows' 25-point SANFL Showdown triumph, gathering 34 disposals, seven inside 50s and nine clearances.
The 23-year-old also chimed in with two goals, including the goal of the day with a miracle left-foot snap from deep on the boundary late in the first term.
Fellow ball-winner Mitch Grigg also created plenty of opportunities in the Crows' forward half courtesy of his 34-possession, nine-clearance game.
Recently promoted ruckman Reilly O'Brien, who had 34 hit-outs, 15 disposals and kicked a goal, looms as the likely replacement for Sam Jacobs (ankle) should the big man not recover in time for Saturday night's clash against the Brisbane Lions.
Troy Menzel (16 disposals, two goals), Luke Lowden (14) and Sam Shaw (10) got through unscathed in their return from injury, while yet-to-debut rookie Keenan Ramsey suffered a left ankle injury in the third term.

This weekend: Brisbane Lions v Aspley - Saturday July 30, 3.45pm, Gabba
Promising youngsters Jarrad Jansen and Josh Clayton were the most notable talking points to come from the Lions’ 37-point loss to Aspley.
Clayton impressed with a team-high 30 possessions and six tackles, while Jansen chipped in with 28 of his own, along with seven tackles.
Big man Trent West, who still found himself in the reserves despite the club’s No.1 ruckman Stefan Martin being rested, competed well for 15 disposals and a goal. Young forward Jono Freeman contributed with two goals.
The young #LionsReserves fought hard, but Aspley were too strong today.

Mason Cox played his first match in almost a month and contributed with two goals in his side’s comfortable 50-point win over Geelong.
The 211cm American had been rested the past few weeks after managing 10 games in succession following his Anzac Day debut against Essendon.
"I feel pretty refreshed," Cox told the club’s website.
"Having those weeks off definitely helped out."
• Five talking points: Collingwood v West Coast
Brent Macaffer, dropped from the senior side last round, responded in the perfect manner by being named in the best, along with defender Tyson Goldsack. Rebounding defender Adam Oxley was tried as a forward and booted a goal.

Midfielder Clancee Pearce also worked tirelessly for 31 disposals, as well as recently axed Connor Blakely who had 31 of his own.

This weekend: Redland v Gold Coast - Sunday July 31, 1.30pm, Leyshon Park
Defender Trent McKenzie's already injury-interrupted year hit another roadblock, with the 24-year-old walking off gingerly early in the last quarter of the Suns' 113-point win with a suspected right groin injury.
It was McKenzie's first game back from a month-long layoff with a quad issue, having missed four weeks earlier in the season with a left ankle injury.
Midfielder Mitch Hallahan led the disposal count for his side with 32 touches and seven marks, joined by an impressive showing from draftee Brayden Fiorini with 31 touches and four goals.
Key position player Clay Cameron set up a lot of play and was rewarded on the scoreboard with five goals, while ruckman Keegan Brooksby worked hard for his 17 touches and two goals.
Half-back Adam Saad (11 disposals) and teenager Darcy MacPherson (13 disposals, one goal) returned from their respective hamstring and knee injuries.

This weekend: Footscray v Box Hill - Saturday July 30, 12pm, Whitten Oval
After impressing in his first senior VFL game of the season last week, midfielder Alex Woodward was again a standout with 32 disposals and a goal in the Hawks' five-point loss.
Woodward, who has overcome three knee reconstructions, returned to competitive action last Sunday from a ruptured plantar fascia in his foot he picked up playing for Box Hill's development squad in early July.
Draftee Kieran Lovell was also prominent with 31 disposals.
Key position player Jack Fitzpatrick (two goals) made a successful return from a 10-week layoff with concussion, while draftee Ryan Burton also emerged unscathed in his comeback from knee surgery in April.
The Hawks were leading until the 25-minute mark of the last quarter, but were overrun after the Bulldogs' five-goals-to-nil last term.

State league affiliate: Werribee (VFL)
This weekend: Werribee v Northern Blues - Sunday July 31, 11.40am, Avalon Airport Oval
Omitted big man Majak Daw provided plenty of highlights in Werribee's 63-point win, latching onto nine marks and kicking four goals in the absence of injured goalkicker Aaron Black.
Daw even laid a bone-crunching tackle on the wing in the third quarter that left his Northern Blues opponent dazed.
In his 10th VFL game of the season, second-year tall Sam Durdin was also a strong presence in attack with four goals to go with his 22 touches.
Speedster Will Fordham showed off his dash through the middle with 22 disposals and two goals, while Braydon Preuss' ruck efforts didn't go unnoticed as he continues his development at North.
Livewire Robbie Nahas ended with a goal from his 24 disposals and six tackles, but could've easily kicked more if it hadn't been for his unselfishness in front of goal.
We'd rather spend our Sundays not getting flattened by @majakdaw. You can't doubt his physicality @NMFCOfficial! https://t.co/1rhUxSMG7i

Emerging Tigers Nathan Broad and Jacob Townsend also helped lift their side to victory, while axed forward Liam McBean kicked a first-quarter goal but didn't set the world on fire in his return to VFL level.
The Tigers booted seven unanswered goals in the final quarter to secure the morale-boosting win.

Rookie Josh Saunders, who has been unable to break into the Saints' squad this season, took the honours for his side with a team-high 30 disposals and eight marks.
