PORT Adelaide ball magnet Tom Rockliff left the field early in the third quarter of the Power's clash with Brisbane after sustaining a heavy hit to the head in a clash with Hugh McCluggage.

While not appearing to lose consciousness, Rockliff was very slow to move and needed to be helped from the ground by medical staff.
The 29-year-old had racked up 15 disposals to that point of the match against his former club.
Rockliff was ruled out of taking any further part in the match, watching the rest of the contest from the boundary line.
