COLLINGWOOD defender James Aish will head to Perth on Tuesday for a medical screening as he ponders a three-year offer to play for Fremantle.
Contracted for 2020 at the Pies, Aish has been offered greater security to play under former Magpie assistant and new Dockers coach Justin Longmuir.

The Pies have opened the door for Aish to re-unite with his former defensive coach after being not able to promise an extension beyond his current deal.
"He's been approached by Fremantle to go and play there for three years," Aish's agent Liam Pickering told SEN on Tuesday.
"Justin Longmuir, who's come from Collingwood, is desperately keen to get him there."

"We've been trying to extend him, and Collingwood have been pretty up front about it and said, 'Look, we wouldn't be able to do anything until potentially this time next year'.
"(Collingwood said), 'If there's somewhere else that you're going to be guaranteed to play and is going to be a good opportunity for you, we won't stand in your way'. And we know Longmuir loves him."
The move was first raised with Aish over the weekend and the 23yo has spent the past three days contemplating extending his career in the west.
"It's up to him what he wants to do. He can stay at Collingwood and run the gauntlet (or leave for Fremantle)," Pickering said.
"He's had a few chats with Fremantle now. It's only happened over the weekend. It's his decision."
An Aish move would also allow the Pies to free up money in a bulging salary cap that will be hoping to accommodate the re-signings of Brodie Grundy, Jordan De Goey and Darcy Moore in the next 12 months.
His role at half-back is also seen as replaceable at the Holden Centre, given the rise of youngsters Isaac Quaynor and John Noble and the return of Tom Langdon from injury.
Longmuir was the Pies' defensive coach in the past two seasons in which Aish played 27 games, including last year's Grand Final and this year's preliminary final.
He underwent shoulder surgery before returning for the Pies' final game and has a year to run on his deal at the Pies for 2020.
