We surveyed a player from all 18 clubs at AFL Captains Day to find out who should be a bolter for your side.

"[Ben Davis ($170,000 FWD)] has got himself incredibly fit, he's an absolute Adonis. Myles Poholke ($288,000 FWD) you've seen little bits and pieces of, but his summer has been incredible." – Rory Sloane

"At a good price, I think it's Zac Bailey ($358,000 DEF/MID). I think he'll play a lot, he has the capacity to play forward, midfield and defence, he's fast, he's agile, and he's going to be around the ball a lot. I can't see why he can't have a good year." – Dayne Zorko

"Cal Brown ($484,000 FWD), Josh Daicos ($431,000 MID), they'll probably get more midfield time and more exposure at senior level. Both those guys should score well." – Scott Pendlebury

"I'm going to go with Darcy Parish ($589,000 MID/FWD), he'll be huge. There'll still be a bit of a combination of midfield/forward for him this year, but I just think his genuine impact is going to be great this year." – Dyson Heppell

"Hayden Young ($258,000 DEF). I think he's going to play a lot of games and he's going to adapt to AFL quickly. After the usual period of coming to terms with things, he should become a good player." – Nat Fyfe

"Cooper Stephens ($240,000 MID) will probably play a few games this year. A young guy by the name of Ben Jarvis ($170,000 DEF) had a really good pre-season. I think Jordan Clark ($468,000 MID) is only going to improve on his first season." – Mitch Duncan

"If we're talking cash cows, Connor Budarick ($170,000 MID/FWD) is a good one. Matt Rowell ($270,000 MID) and Noah Anderson ($268,000 MID) will play, but Connor's probably one who will slip under the radar." - David Swallow

"Tom Green ($252,000 MID) is probably going to play early, but I'll say Harry Perryman ($562,000 MID)." – Stephen Coniglio

"I'll say Harry Morrison ($477,000 MID/FWD). He's experienced senior footy before. I think he played 21 games in 2018, played a few last year as well, so he's played at the top level already and I think he's had a strong pre-season and I think there'll be a spot at half-back for him with Blake Hardwick going down, so I think he'll be a regular." – Tom Mitchell

"Tom Sparrow ($293,000 FWD) … or Christian Petracca ($563,000 FWD), because his average wouldn't have been that high, surely." – Max Gawn

"I reckon Tarryn Thomas ($410,000 FWD) had a great year last year and will probably get a few more midfield minutes this year. He's a very classy player, so I reckon he's going to be a star for us." – Jack Ziebell

"Mitch Georgiadis ($236,000 FWD) might sneak in for round one. Dan Houston's ($596,000 DEF/MID) probably going to be a midfielder this year so you could get some value there." – Tom Jonas

"Marlion (Pickett) ($170,000 MID). He's not young, but he's fresh. Jack Ross ($419,000 MID) and Riley Collier-Dawkins ($170,000 MID), they're midfielders who could easily slot in and play some senior footy." – Trent Cotchin

"There's a few … Jack Lonie ($493,000 FWD) kicked eight goals over the two Marsh games but I think if we can stay healthy up forward with Max King and Rowan Marshall and Paddy Ryder going through there, someone like Tim Membrey ($593,000 FWD) will be pretty impactful because he'll get maybe the third- or second-best defender because Max or Paddy will take the bigger ones." – Seb Ross

"I haven't done Fantasy for 10 years so I don't know how it works but I'll say Jarrod Brander ($217,000 DEF/FWD). I think we'll see him play a few games this year, he's been on the list for a couple of years and he's played a handful of games but he looks to have gone to another level over summer and has been a good performer for us." - Luke Shuey
