Key forwards Quinten Lynch and Ashley Hansen have copped most of the criticism, after a combined eight games for the season have produced just five goals.
West Coast is the lowest scoring team in the competition. The Eagles are a couple of goals behind the struggling Demons and have less than half the total kicked by the free-flowing Western Bulldogs.
But Worsfold said there was no point making changes simply to appear to be doing something.
"We've got to weigh up whether we think we've got anything better in the wings (than) the current form that Ashley and Quinten are showing," he said.
"We'll assess them both individually, both Ash and Quinten, because they've both delivered different results this year. They're not just grouped together, and are not the sole blame for the way the team's performing.
"They'll be assessed individually on whether we think they're delivering enough to the team, whether we think they're close to bouncing out of a below average performance.
"We believe we've got some good players there who are putting pressure on them, that could come into the side, and we'll have a good look at that".
Worsfold said it was unrealistic to blame just the forwards for his team's scoring drought.
"It's across the board. We're winning enough of the ball and we're getting it inside 50 nearly enough, but our scoring is well down.
"We're working hard on the reasons for that, and then rectifying those reasons, but it'd be fair to say it's across the board, it's not just the six guys who are named to play forward who are affecting that."
