The Vodafone Brisbane Lions have made one change to the team that defeated the West Coast Eagles by 27 points last week in Perth.

Ashley McGrath returns after kicking five goals for the Suncoast Lions in the AFLQ last week. McGrath's inclusion comes at the expense of Irish recruit Colm Begley who could not be considered for selection because of a shoulder injury.

Lions ruckman Jamie Charman will play his 100th match this week in front of his hometown crowd at the Gabba.

Meanwhile, the Demons have added Cameron Bruce to their line-up to replace Queenslander Ricky Petterd who suffered serious damaged to his lung last week.
