Rohan Bail
He showed some promising signs. He always presents himself really well and is one of our fittest players. We are looking forward to him progressing further next year.

Clint Bartram
Clint had a really solid year. He played nearly every game in the back pocket. He played a really important role for us and we will be looking at him to play a similar role in 2011.

Matthew Bate
Bate was out of the side late in the year and had to work hard to get back in. It's a big pre-season for him and he's working hard to make sure that he doesn't give up his spot again in 2011.

Daniel Bell (delisted)
Bell had a really consistent year in the VFL playing a number of different roles.

Jamie Bennell
Jamie played the majority of the year in the forward line after playing in the back line in his first year. That flexibility is important and he has turned up to pre-season in great condition and is running with our best runners at the moment.

Sam Blease
It was exciting to see Sam out on the field after the tough first couple of years he has had of AFL footy. He is running at the moment which is a great sign and we hope that he gets through a full pre-season because we are looking forward to him progressing in 2011.

Cameron Bruce (delisted)
He played a number of different roles for us this year through the midfield and the backline. He played 21 games and was a consistent performer.

Kyle Cheney (traded)
He had a very good season in the VFL playing off half-back. He showed that he was well above that level of football.

Aaron Davey
Aaron kept up his form from his previous year when he was a best-and-fairest winner. He gets a lot of attention every week and he is working through that as he becomes more mature. He is a very important player and he is back running now after his broken leg and we are looking at again getting a good pre-season into Aaron.

Lynden Dunn
His second half of the year was very good. He played a defensive forward role for us which showed what a great goalkicker he is. He adds some flexibility to our team and with the new substitute rule he is going to be an important part of our side.

Jack Fitzpatrick
Jack developed very well throughout the year. Some of his VFL performances were terrific and again with a full pre-season under his belt we'll look for him to be pushing for senior selection next season.

James Frawley
James had an outstanding season and deserved his All Australian honours. He has really improved each year and has now become one of the leaders in the back line.

Colin Garland
It was great to see Colin get back and play the majority of the season. He is a very important player for our back line and has been one of the key guys back there to help our defence improve over the past few years.

Max Gawn
Max first came to us recovering from a knee reconstruction. He got back later in the season to play a couple of games. He showed signs of what he could offer. He is a big man with some aggression and we are looking for him to progress further in 2011.

Brad Green
He settled in the forward line in 2010 and showed what a quality finisher he is with his performances throughout the year. We are looking for a similar season from Brad.

Jack Grimes
His first half of the year was very important for our run off half-back. He can play a number of different roles for us but had an injury-interrupted second half of the year. He is back up and running again with the main group and looking like he is ready for a big season.

Jordan Gysberts
After some really good performances in the VFL he was rewarded with a spot in the AFL side and certainly showed he can play at AFL level in the three games he played. He injured his back in the second half of the year and has been slowly progressing from that injury. He is back running now, which is a good sign.

Rhys Healey (delisted)
Rhys has had some injury problems over the couple of years he has been at the club. He was able to get over them in the second half of the year and finished off consistently with Casey seniors.

Danny Hughes (delisted)
Danny was progressing well in the VFL. He dominated games at that level and was rewarded with two AFL games and injured his ankle in the second half of the season and didn't get back to play.

Mark Jamar
He showed signs in 2009 that he would be an improved player and he took that to another level in 2010 with his influence on games but also his consistency. He deserved his All Australian recognition.

Neville Jetta
Neville was one of our best trainers over pre-season last year. Unfortunately just before the season he got an injury which put him back for six or eight weeks. He worked his way back through the VFL into the senior team and he is an important player for our forward line pressure and our midfield.

Paul Johnson (delisted)
Johnno was in and out of the side throughout the year. He was an important player to assist Mark Jamar in games and give him some rest. He showed when he went back to Casey that he was above the VFL standard.

Nathan Jones
He continues to play a number of different roles. His approach to the game is always very professional and his flexibility in playing those different roles assists a lot of our other midfielders. He always turns up fit and raring to go. It was disappointing that he hurt his back in the last round but again he is up and running and ready to have a big pre-season.

Liam Jurrah
In the two years he has been with us he played eight games in both years and showed the class he has got. The most pleasing thing is he is at the start of pre-season and he is running around which everyone is very excited about.

Joel Macdonald
Joel has had a very good first season with Melbourne. His ability to turn defence into attack was important for us as well as his leadership. Joel had a hip operation at the end of the year and he is back running now and looking to train hard and get ready to back up his first year.

Addam Maric
He developed well in the VFL with Casey. He added some consistency to his game and he has turned up to pre-season in the best condition we've ever seen. We are looking forward to him taking the next step as a player.

Stefan Martin
He had some injury interruptions. He played a number of different roles for us in the forward line, back line and the ruck. It is a big pre-season for Stef, he needs to get some good running under his belt because he can be an important player for us.

James McDonald (retired)
James showed everything he showed in all his previous years. His tenacity at the ball and his will to succeed helped us stay in games this year. He had a hamstring injury which he missed a few games with. He showed true professionalism to get back in and he had a good solid season.

Jordie McKenzie
He was rewarded at the end of the year by being upgraded from the rookie list to the senior list. He has become an important part of our midfield with his hands in close at stoppages. In pre-season he wants to push himself into the highest running group and he is doing that at the moment.

Tom McNamara (delisted)
Tom has had some injury issues in the time he has been at the club. He was able to get over those and play a consistent year at Casey.

John Meesen (delisted)
John was unable to shake the injuries he has had which is unfortunate for a big guy who showed so much talent as a junior. He was able to show what he could offer in only a couple of games.

Brad Miller (delisted)
Brad had a very good year at Casey. When he played for Melbourne he always presented himself very well. A true professional and each time he put on the Melbourne jumper he gave his all and he showed how professional he was when he went back to Casey, winning their best and fairest.

Brent Moloney
Brent has become a very important part of our midfield over the last few years. His combination with Mark Jamar around the stoppages was a strength of ours. His introduction to the leadership group has been terrific for his development on and off the field.

Cale Morton
Injured at the start of the year and had to work hard to get back into the team. He was in and out a few times throughout the year. He is going to be a very important player for us in the future with his flexibility going mid, forward and back. We think 2011 is going to be a big year for Cale.

Michael Newton
He has been at the club for a long time and played a number of different roles. He showed at Casey that he could add some other roles to his game by playing in the ruck with some success while also pinch-hitting in the forward line.

Ricky Petterd
He started the year really well. He had some defensive forward roles on opposition key defenders. He played that role very well but was injured in round six and had a shoulder reconstruction. He is back in full training now.

Jared Rivers
Jared is the leader in defence for us. He works very well with Frawley and Garland. He has been able to get through a full season which is important considering his injury issues. Hopefully this is the start of things to come for Jared.

Tom Scully
He had a terrific first year, playing all but one game. He showed everything that the recruiting staff thought he would show. His running ability is excellent and he has been bursting to get into pre-season and can't wait every time we get out to train.

Jake Spencer
Jake has been on the list for a couple of years now and has been upgraded to our senior list. We see him as a future ruckman for us. He's got great balance of running ability and aggression for a big guy. He has had some injury issues throughout the year. We'd hope he gets through a full pre-season so he can show the talent we think he's got.

James Strauss
James played a couple of games earlier in the year in the backline for us. He then went back and played for Casey and started to generate some confidence with his kicking and running ability that we know he's got. It's an important pre-season for him to take his game to the next level and to set himself up to have an impact at AFL level again.

Colin Sylvia
Colin had two unique injuries with a broken jaw early in the year and then a toe injury. In between those two injuries he played some outstanding games for us and has become an important link player through the midfield and forward line. He always turns up in good condition during pre-season and loves being up the front.

Luke Tapscott
Luke hurt his hip early in pre-season and we opted for him to have a hip operation. He started to play through the middle of the year and showed all the signs in the games he did play that we were hoping to see. We are looking forward to him having a good pre-season and playing more games.

Jack Trengove
From the first training session that Jack had we knew he was a true professional and wasn't going to let anyone stand in his way. He showed that in the games he played. He got a little tired near the end of the year but he has turned up in great condition and ready to attack his second year of AFL.

Matthew Warnock
He has been a solid contributor in our back line for a number of years. He lost his spot in the second half of the year because of the performances of the other backline players. He is a consistent performer who continually tries to improve.

Jack Watts
It was an important learning year for Jack to play 15 games in a number of different roles. This pre-season is another opportunity for him to build on his body and build on his game. We will see an improved player again in 2011.

Austin Woenamirri
He can be an important player for us. He's had injuries since his first year. We know he can get back to the impact he had in his first year and everyone is working hard to make sure he can get there.
