FREMANTLE and West Coast are sweating on key selection calls ahead of round two as they adapt to the first of at least four weeks inside the Gold Coast quarantine hub.
The Dockers are yet to make a call on whether key forward Jesse Hogan will make his long-awaited return in the AFL against Brisbane or in a Saturday morning scratch match against the Lions.

And the Eagles are weighing up who will assist ruckman Nic Naitanui against Gold Coast given the reduced importance on back-up big men with shortened quarters.
Hogan, who took time away from the club in January to deal with his mental health, hasn't put a foot wrong since returning to training three weeks ago.
"He'll play football this weekend. We'll decide later today or tomorrow whether it's at AFL level," Dockers coach Justin Longmuir said.
"The thing we need to realise with Jesse is he hasn't played senior footy for a year now.

"We need to make him resilient as a player so that he can get through 15, 16 consecutive games."
Hogan last played AFL in round 14 last year before missing the remainder of the year due to his troublesome foot.
Cam McCarthy is with his teammates in Queensland but won't be selected after he suddenly collapsed at training last week.
Round one revelation Sam Sturt needs to recover well from Wednesday's session in order to play, while a call will be made on veteran Stephen Hill's availability after persistent quad troubles.
David Mundy and Nathan Wilson are likely to face the Lions after missing the round one loss to Essendon.
At the Eagles, the race to provide back-up to Naitanui will be hotly contested.
The Eagles could opt for Tom Hickey (selected in round one) or Nathan Vardy, or turn to Oscar Allen as a forward/ruck after he missed the season-opening win against Melbourne after an interrupted summer.
THE FULL INJURY LIST Who is racing the clock?
"'Simmo' (coach Adam Simpson) and the coaches, that's one of the challenges they'll have," defender Shannon Hurn said.
"The beauty that we have is we could do both, we could have Hickey or (Nathan) Vardy ruck with Nic or Nic could do it himself and (pick) a pinch-hit.
"I think he's (Naitanui) in the best condition he's been in in a while, especially with the injuries he's had. He's been able to get five months of training into him."
The Eagles and Dockers are both living in separate wings inside the Royal Pines Resort, a stone's throw from Metricon Stadium.
Hurn admitted the Eagles had bumped into their crosstown rivals in the hotel lobby, with his teammates spending much of Tuesday acclimatising to their surrounds on a day off training.
