Big name deals for Ryan Griffen, Dayne Beams and Paddy Ryder remain the biggest talking points as the clubs take a breather over the weekend.
 
But those potential deals might not be the only bombshell moves when trading resumes on Monday.
 
Crows in the hunt for Trengove

Richmond has enquired about the midfielder, whose 2014 was wrecked by a navicular injury.
 
The Tigers are offering pick No.12 in exchange for Trengove and Melbourne's pick No.23.
 
However, The Advertiser is reporting the 23-year-old South Australian could be targeted by the Crows.
 
Adelaide is keen to lure a player on the trade market back to South Australia, although it remains to be seen whether the Crows are willing to part with their first-round pick – 10th overall – in November's NAB AFL Draft.
 
Adelaide has been linked to several players seeking trades including ruckman Jonathan Giles, plus Hawthorn duo Ryan Schoenmakers and Luke Lowden.
 
The Herald Sun reports the Crows have also enquired about re-gaining their former defender Phil Davis, who is now co-captain at Greater Western Sydney.
 
Could West convince Griffen to stay?
Western Bulldogs legend Scott West is reportedly interested in taking the reins at his former club after Brendan McCartney resigned as coach.
 
West was a former assistant at Melbourne under the late Dean Bailey and coached Werribee to preliminary finals in the VFL.
 
The Herald Sun reports West will put his hand up to coach the Dogs, although wantaway skipper Ryan Griffen's future is almost certain to be decided before an appointment is made.
 
Griffen is determined to leave the kennel for Greater Western Sydney, while Essendon remains in the chase for Brownlow medallist Adam Cooney, who had a medical at North Melbourne on Friday.
