The Australian Football League will unite with the Australian Federal Police for the seventh annual Unity Cup to be held in Melbourne on Sunday, March 16.

Australia Post AFL multicultural ambassadors Majak Daw and Lin Jong will attend the multicultural carnival which will take place at J.J Holland Park in Kensington.

The Unity Cup celebrates diversity and involves male and female Victorian players from Muslim, Jewish, African, Indian, Pakistani and Indigenous communities competing in an AFL 9’s competition. Players are between the ages 15 to 21.

All media are invited to attend. Majak Daw, Lin Jong and AFL Multicultural projects officer and former AFL player David Rodan will be available to media. Details are as follows:

Division Two: Team Africa, Mackillop College, Bharat Bombers, Red Cross/Centre for Multicultural Youth
