ANTHONY Morabito and Kepler Bradley are ramping up their recoveries from knee reconstructions, spending the majority of this week training with Fremantle's main group.

It has been 12 months since Morabito had his left knee reconstructed for the third time. The 22-year-old opted for LARS surgery after rupturing his ACL in January last year and returned to training with the main group during the 2013 season only to be held back by the club in August in order to prepare for the 2014 pre-season.

Morabito has been training on and off with the main group throughout this summer. On Monday he trained solidly but was also required to do some short sprints and agility drills away from the rest of the group during the session.

Bradley, who had a traditional knee reconstruction in April 2013, joined Morabito in the sprint work but also trained with the main group at various stages. The 28-year-old has been running since early September and like Morabito is on a one-year deal in 2014.

Bradley's recovery is ahead of Jonathon Griffin's, who ruptured his ACL two weeks after Bradley in May last season.

Griffin has been restricted to running in the rehab group along with Clancee Pearce and Garrick Ibbotson, who are both recovering from Achilles injuries.

Ryan Crowley and Colin Sylvia have been regularly training away from the main group as a part of Freo's overall management program.

Stephen Hill ran with Crowley on Monday, while Fremantle reported on its website that Luke McPharlin, Matthew Pavlich, and Michael Barlow followed suit on Wednesday.
