We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our small team based at Cranbourne East to manage Book keeping, umpiring administration and merchandise division.
The position is Part Time - 20hrs a week over 3 or 4 days. Flexible hours are negotiable.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the following:
- Umpire Administration including not limited to Payroll/HR functions
- Invoice Preparation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation
- Producing weekly and monthly financial reports
- Compliance – preparation and lodgement of BAS, Workcover, Payroll tax and Superannuation returns
- Managing SEJ Merchandising
- General Administration support
- Quicken (Quickbooks) Experience
- Experience in office administration
- Solid PC skills including all Microsoft Office Products
- Confident, organised and able to work well under pressure
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently, able to meet deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Have or willing to obtain an WWC
