Supporters will have the opportunity to watch every vote as it happens, see who's inducted into the club's Hall of Fame and look back at the highs and lows of season 2011.
There'll also be live chat providing a blow-by-blow insight into proceedings, as well as photos from the red carpet and video highlights from the year.
Will Boomer take the title for the sixth time? Could Andrew Swallow win his second medal in three years? Or will we have a first-time winner?
All will be revealed on kangaroos.com.au this Wednesday night.
