We are seeking a Membership Acquisition Coordinator to join our Membership Services team.
We are after someone who is a natural on the phone, is commercially aware, is a self-starter, enthusiastic, competitive, positive and considers themselves a team player.
The majority of your working day will be dedicated to providing members and fans with exceptional customer service and sales experience through differing communications channels including phone, email and in person.
You will be provided with on-site training in best practice customer service methods as well as extensive database management providing you with potential career growth and expertise in;
- Ticket Sales & Service
- Sales Management
- Telesales
As the successful candidate, you will have experience in a high volume customer service environment. You must also be a driven and hardworking individual that is looking for an opportunity to gain commercial skills in a top tier sports environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Make outbound sales calls
- Transferring prospects to members
- Coordinating Up-Sell programs & initiatives
- Increase Social Club members
- Detailed follow up from EDM and SMS campaigns
- Membership Sales – delivering accurate and engaging advice on membership products
- Customer Service – providing members and fans with exceptional customer service and experience.
- Membership Administration – Delivery of accurate and efficient processing of membership sales and enquiries.
