This role reports to Regional Manager (Victoria) and involves:
  • The day to day management of AFL SportsReady’s Education and Training activities in Tasmania, including support for trainees and host employers
  • The delivery of accredited education
  • Business development to recruit new partners, and
  • Stakeholder management
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Capacity to work independently with remote supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the education and training system in Tasmania
  • Experience in the delivery of education, preferably with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and experience in sports and recreation or business
  • Demonstrated experience of working with young people
  • A track record of achieving targets and outcomes
