Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring our customers are the number one priority at all times;
- Assisting in the growth and development of the Essendon Football Club retail sales across all sales channels;
- Driving the retail team to ensure we make a positive impact on all customers we engage with;
- Assisting the Retails Operations Manager in managing all retail operations of the merchandise department including staff supervision, in store marketing and inventory management; and
- Actively contributing to personal growth and development.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Year 12 and/or Cert III in Retail Management;
- Previous experience in a retail product or service business, preferably in licensed consumer products;
- Exceptional customer service focus;
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Retail leadership and people management skills;
- Good organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and exercise judgement;
- Flexible and responsive to change in direction and priorities as required;
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills both autonomously and within a team environment; and
- Availability to work match days on a 5 day working week roster arrangement
