ST KILDA has brought back four big guns for Friday night's clash with Richmond at the MCG, while Luke Hodge has been named by Hawthorn, Brad Crouch is set to make his debut for Adelaide and Sam Rowe and Dylan Buckley have been named to play their first games for Carlton.

After losing to Gold Coast in round one, the Saints have brought in Leigh Montagna, Adam Schneider, Sean Dempster and Sam Fisher.
But they have lost Farren Ray to a hip injury and James Gwilt to a knee problem.

Richmond has axed Robin Nahas and Ben Griffiths from the team that beat Carlton.

Former Melbourne player Ricky Petterd will play his first game for the club, while highly rated defender Dylan Grimes returns to the backline.

Riding high after their round one win over the Brisbane Lions, the Western Bulldogs have named an unchanged team for their Saturday afternoon clash with Fremantle at Etihad Stadium.

Fremantle has lost Hayden Ballantyne to suspension and has replaced him with Hayden Crozier.

The Sydney Swans have brought Craig Bird and Andrejs Everitt into their team to play Gold Coast at the SCG. They have replaced Tony Armstrong and Dane Rampe.

Greg Broughton is out of the Gold Coast line-up due to a calf strain, with Jack Hutchins taking his place.

Matthew Leuenberger has shrugged off his injury problems and is set to start in the ruck for the Brisbane Lions against the Crows at the Gabba on Saturday night. With Leuenberger back, fellow big man Billy Longer has been dropped, as has Aaron Cornelius.

The Lions have also brought in Andrew Raines and Ryan Lester, with Matt Maguire ruled out with a leg problem.

Crouch joins Ian Callinan on the ins list for Adelaide, while the axe has fallen on Graham Johncock and Brodie Martin.

Essendon is taking the same side that beat Adelaide two weeks ago into its Saturday night game against the Demons at the MCG.

Melbourne reacted to its thumping loss to Port Adelaide by omitting recruits David Rodan and Cam Pedersen, along with Luke Tapscott. A hamstring injury will sideline Lynden Dunn for at least a week.

Co-captain Jack Trengove headlines Melbourne's inclusions, with veteran midfielder Aaron Davey also winning a call-up.

Key defender Tom McDonald is back, while Dean Terlich will make his debut.

Port Adelaide has brought defender Alipate Carlile into its team for Saturday night's home game against the Giants. Andrew Moore has been dropped.

Greater Western Sydney has brought in Rhys Palmer and has lost Taylor Adams to a hip injury.

Along with Corey and Kelly, Geelong has named Mitch Brown, Jesse Stringer and potential debutant Jackson Thurlow in its 25-man squad for Sunday's clash with the Kangaroos at Etihad Stadium.

Jared Rivers' knee injury has kept him out, while Jordan Murdoch has been sidelined by a hand problem.

Defender Scott McMahon is back from suspension, while Levi Greenwood, Majak Daw and Taylor Hine are in North Melbourne's squad. Sam Wright is out with a knee injury.

Heath Shaw returns to the Collingwood team for Sunday's long-awaited blockbuster against Carlton at the MCG. Paul Seedsman and South Australian draftee Ben Kennedy are also in the Magpies' squad.

The Pies are yet to make any omissions from their side.

Rowe and Buckley are among five players brought into Carlton's squad. The others are defenders Jeremy Laidler and Marcus Davies and midfielder Tom Bell.

Eddie Betts is out with a broken jaw, Shaun Hampson is having the week off after having his appendix removed, while Aaron Joseph has been omitted.

West Coast has brought Sam Butler, Mitch Brown, Bradd Dalziell, Jacob Brennan, Blayne Wilson and Callum Sinclair into its 25-man squad for Sunday's big clash with Hawthorn at Patersons Stadium.

Mark LeCras is out after breaking his arm against Fremantle in week one of round one, while Eric Mackenzie (hamstring) and Scott Lycett (omitted) are also out of the team that lost to Freo.

Hodge is the headline inclusion for Hawthorn. Recruits Jon Simpkin and Matt Spangher are also in.
