The AFL has announced that it has invited Collingwood goal kicking legend, Peter McKenna, to present the 2010 Toyota AFL Premiership Cup if the Magpies win.

A tradition since 2004, the AFL has asked a former great of the winning team to be on hand to present the premiership cup.

McKenna played 180 games for the Magpies, leading the club's goal kicking in eight consecutive seasons (1967-74).

Regarded as one of the first 'pop stars' in the game, McKenna was a favourite of the Magpie Army due to his supreme skills.

The two-time Coleman Medallist played in one grand final, booting six goals in the 1970 loss to Carlton.

McKenna still holds the record of kicking at least one goal in 121 consecutive matches.

His highest return was 16 goals in a round 19 win over South Melbourne.

Former St Kilda premiership player Kevin Neale has been invited to present the premiership cup should the Saints win.
