Hey Josh, I'm Karl from Melbourne. What was the best game you have ever played either with Carlton or West Coast and why?

I will have to the Bulldogs game earlier this year. I was lucky to kick a few goals that day which I'll never forget! As a team, I reckon the win on the weekend against Geelong was one of our best! I actually can't remember much of it because I got knocked out, but to beat the Cats was a great feeling!

Could you please let me know what some of the players have to do to get a game, bearing in mind the Eagles are travelling well, but there are a few players that get a game week in and week out, but just don’t perform as well as the rest. Are Dalziell and Strijk healthy and if so, why not give them a crack? Gaff always plays well, reads the game like a pro, yet finds it hard to hold his place in the side, and Callum Wilson can play both ends of the ground.

Hey mate,
The coaches select the blokes who are playing their role and doing the team thing, which is sometimes not necessarily getting the most touches. We have been playing well and it would be hard for the coaches to change guys each week, because chemistry is an important factor. The best thing is that those blokes in the WAFL are killing it and are doing what is needed for their team, even though it might be frustrating for them they know that there chance will come! And when it does they will be ready! Having such good depth is a great sign and the level of competition for spots creates a healthy team, a strong team!

I was wondering who your favourite AFL player was growing up and who is now. I also just want to say that you're one of my favourite Eagles players and I love watching you guys train and play when you come to Melbourne.

Cheers for the kind words! I followed Collingwood and loved Scotty Burns. Now he's our midfield coach which is pretty cool. I also loved watching Jonathon Brown. But my favorite player now is Glassy. He's a great player, great captain and I am glad I'm on his side!

 Hey Josh,
Was watching the half-time show during the Geelong game - congrats, by the way, awesome win by the boys - and saw an intriguing hint of collarbone tattoo on Nic Naitanui. Google searches have revealed nothing so we were wondering if you could tell us what it is he has tattooed there and what the story is.

Hi Casey,
Nic Nat has a few tattoos under his shirt! He has one round his neck, and I'm not too sure what it says but it's about family. He doesn't give too much away but I'll have to find out what it actually says for you without looking like a creep staring at him in the changerooms! Haha.

Josh, good win over the Cats. I read in the paper that as a junior you played basketball. Do you still have a friendly game of hoops? Also Will Schofield has an interest in soccer and showed the Celtic boys how to kick a footy.

I enjoyed playing bball with my mates back home, and I like to have a shoot around now, but sometimes it gets a bit hard with training and how the body feels. Plus, if you challenge one of the boys it usually gets too competitive and someone always gets hurt!! Schoey loves his soccer, he's amazing at FIFA on the Playstation and can kick a ball! Pretty skilled, William is!
