Kangaroos young gun Jesse Smith returns to the team for the first time since Round 19, 2005.
Smith played six games in his debut season of 2005, yet to the disappointment of Roos fans missed the entire season after badly injuring an ankle in the final 2006 pre-season match.
As Smith returns, Glenn Archer will join Keith Greig in second position on club’s games record list ladder with his 294th appearance in the blue and white against the Swans on Saturday night.
Only Club Games Record holder Wayne Schimmelbusch has played more games for the Kangaroos with 306.
Smith’s inclusion at the expense of Kasey Green is the only change from the Roos team that overpowered Geelong at Skilled Stadium last Sunday.
