Team GWS is currently building the foundations for the first AFL team for Greater Western Sydney and has a bold vision to develop the most exciting and talented young playing list in Australia that will represent the almost two million people of the region.

The Manager, Corporate Sales and Sponsorship will be responsible for developing and implementing the corporate sales revenue strategies as agreed by the General Manager, Commercial Operations.

The scope of the role includes sponsorship, signage, events, coterie and hospitality, leverage programs, advertising, broader new business development and the club’s corporate development.

The Manager, Corporate Sales and Sponsorship will possess strong leadership and management skills including:
• Graduate qualifications in quality Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum 7 years experience in successfully managing dynamic business development teams, to a minimum turnover of $10m
• An understanding of cutting edge marketing and business development activities and strategies
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Significant experience within the football and or sporting industries
