Geelong superstar Billy Brownless and broadcaster Gerard Whateley will join forces as the masters of ceremonies for the Geelong Cats 2010 Season Launch & Hall Of Fame Dinner.

All players will be in attendance at this event, being held on Monday 15 March at Crown Entertainment Complex.

Cats coach Mark Thompson will present the 2010 Cats team members with their guernseys and club president Frank Costa will present the Hall Of Fame inductees.

The leadership team; Cameron Ling, Gary Ablett, Joel Selwood, Corey Enright, James Kelly, Joel Corey, Jimmy Bartel and Harry Taylor will form a panel for an interview segment with Gerard. Guests will also have the chance to hear from the new recruits.

Some valuable items and experiences will be available to bid for in the main and silent auctions including:

• Sit in the coaches’ box with Bomber and the boys at the Round 13, Geelong Cats v St Kilda game at the MCG

• Three Cats players at your house for a BBQ

• Movie night for 24 people plus two Cats players

• Two tickets to the Geelong Cats Grand Final Brunch in the Victory Room, Etihad Stadium as well as two tickets to attend the 2010 AFL grand final.

The evening will also include a three course dinner, beverages and a raffle. A bus is available from Skilled Stadium Geelong to Crown Entertainment Complex, Melbourne. People who wish to travel on this bus need to book through the Geelong Cats.
