Rohde confirmed selection No.4 was still on offer if the right deal came along, but not for the classy Magpie.
"It's true to say that pick four would be available, but it's a matter of what you get back for it and certainly it's very, very unlikely we'll be trading it," Rohde said from Telstra Dome on Monday.
"I'd imagine we'd be keeping all of our picks and hopefully adding one or two more to them.
"He's contracted and all of the way through his management and Collingwood has been adamant that he's staying there and that's the way it's going to be."
Rohde said 2004 Port Adelaide premiership player Josh Carr, who wants to returns to Alberton after four seasons with Fremantle, was unlikely to become a Power player again via trade week.
"Josh is overseas so it's a bit hard to do too much due diligence when he's away. We'll have to wait and see what happens, but it'll be unlikely much would happen this week," Rohde said.
"We don't think we'll trade for him this week. Obviously we want to be able to check him out in the flesh before we make any commitment, and he's away so that won't be happening."
Versatile Demon Brad Green has also attracted the interest of Port Adelaide, but Rohde said plenty would have to happen for him to switch from Melbourne.
"We've had some mild interest in Brad Green, but it hasn't really got that far," he said.
"The salary he's after is probably not in our ball park and he's at the club that's finished 16th, so leverage wise it's a bit hard to get a deal."
Rohde said young Power midfielder Adam Thomson was likely to land at another AFL club by the end of the week.
"[There] hasn't been too much [interest], but we think by the end of the week, he might end up at a home somewhere else," he said.
