The Northern Football League offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands on person to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
The NFL is a major metropolitan football competition taking a strong and active approach to the future growth of community sport, with established Senior and Junior Football and Netball competitions. 2011 will also see the introduction of Youth Girls Football competition to its portfolio.
The NFL provides a high quality of service and support to its member clubs and wider community. The NFL is proud of the continuing development and structure of all competitions and anticipates increased opportunities to strengthen those competitions through the expansion of population growth along the North Easter corridor.
A sound knowledge or background in a sports related environment is preferable; however, a contemporary and professional business manager demonstrating skills in leadership and strategic planning would be considered.
The successful applicant will be responsible for continuing to build the NFL business, ensuring future development and success through a range of commercial, sport and participatory objectives.
