MANAGER - FOOTBALL OPERATIONS (Full Time)
Perth Football Club seeks expressions of interest to join our exciting youthful club in the roles of Football Operations Manager.
The key focus for this role includes:
• Managing the strategic direction of the football department for sustained Club success
• Player and coach recruitment, including developing a structured recruiting plan
• Management of player welfare and player contracts
• Manage and monitor annual Revenue and Expenditure budgets for football operations and the talent development management of coaches, team managers and other support staff
• Work in conjunction with our District staff & Player Development Officer
• Managing, administering and maintaining our football data bases

• Management experience, both people and financial.
• Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Ability to motivate and negotiate
Experience working in a sporting organisation would be highly regarded. A salary package including a fully maintained car will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
