The Saints held their final training session for 2011 in front of over 400 Members and supporters at Moorabbin Oval on Tuesday.

After a gruelling pre-season schedule thus far, Senior Coach Scott Watters had the Player List participate in a conditioning session which involved boxing, ball drills and core work.

The Club had arranged a number of festive activities for attending supporters to enjoy, but it was the football department’s present to the children which was the biggest surprise.

Saints' coaching staff organised mini-coaching clinics on the famous Moorabbin Oval for the youngsters, with the players taking over when they had completed training.

The smiles didn’t stop there, as Members and supporters were invited onto the Oval to gather autographs and photos from their favourite players.

In addition to the fans training, the St Kilda Football Club organised for a “Get Well Molly” book to be passed around so supporters could leave their messages of support for Molly Meldrum. This Book will be delivered by the Club to Molly ahead of Christmas.

The players and coaching staff are now on their festive break and will return in the New Year. The next fans training will be announced early in 2012.
