In this week's Shinboner Showdown, it's Team of the Century member John Blakey up against three-time Syd Barker Medal winner Brady Rawlings.
Choose between the Shinboner’s below, but be careful...the ultimate success is within your reach, but could depend on who you pick. Bio: After spending eight seasons at Fitzroy, Blakey joined North Melbourne in exchange for John McCarthy following the 1992 season. Bio: North's first-round selection in the 1998 National Draft, Rawlings was still completing his schooling during his debut season. John Blakey

It turned out to be one of the Kangaroos' most beneficial trades. Blakey played 17 games in his first year at the club and quickly established himself as a regular under Denis Pagan.
He played in a variety of roles from ruck-roving to half-back and forward, but was most effective as a stopper on the opposition's most dangerous players.
Blakey was a tireless worker and an important member of the club's 1996 and 1999 premiership successes. He was admired for his professionalism and consistency over a career that spanned 359 games; 224 of those at North Melbourne.
He received the ultimate honour when he was named in the North Melbourne Team of the Century.
He made his name as a tagger during his first few seasons at the club, but despite his success in that role, he became more damaging when he started winning his own ball and punishing the opposition on the counter-attack.
Rawlings has been one of North's most consistent midfielders over the past decade, highlighted by his 2004 and 2006 Syd Barker Medal triumphs.
More recently, he's been used as a rebounding defender and captured his third Club Champion award alongside captain Brent Harvey playing that role in 2010.
Rawlings' leadership ability is also one of his strongest traits and he is a fine role-model for the Kangaroos' up-and-coming youngsters.
