Here are Josh's answers to this week's top questions:

Hey Josh :) Love going to all the home games and watching the Eagles progressing from last year! Just like to ask, what's the greatest experience you've had at the West Coast Eagles? Keep up the great work and you may experience a grand final for the West Coast Eagles! Thanks, from Georgia
Hey Gerorgia,
My greatest experience with the Eagles was our trip over to South Africa. To experience another part of the world that is totally different to us and to see how some families live was a massive eye opener, seeing how happy the kids are over there when they have nothing, the smiles they run around with and to see how hard it is over there makes me think twice about how much we take for granted here. That was a great experience, but a premiership would be one I would love to experience as well!!!

Hi JK,
Good to see the lads back in some form! As young players, we all grow up with the dream of one day playing at an elite level in our chosen code. As juniors, some players develop quickly, but fail to live up to their early hype, whilst others are late bloomers. I was wondering if there were any players who you grew up with who made it to AFL with you and if there were any who fell by the wayside but you thought would make it for sure? Do you still keep in touch with any guys from your junior years?
Regards
Henry
Melbourne
G'day Henry,
Yeah I grew up with Liam Anthony and Paddy Ryder and I also played juniors with Harry Taylor. Paddy and I were in the same draft, while Liam and Harry got drafted a bit later and to see them achieve what they have today is awesome. Harry was always gunna be a gun at whatever he did, and to see him get All Australian and a flag is great to see. Liam was a great junior but somehow got overlooked for a few years and now he's running around racking up possessions at this level and is getting better each year. In my draft we had a few from East Freo, Paddy,  myself, Mitch Clarke, Andrew Swallow, Garrick Ibbotson, and we all played colts together in 2005, so it's always good to have a chat with them after games. It's good to catchup with Liam back home for a beer when we are both in town!

Hi Josh,
Just wanted to know what’s the best piece of advice you ever received, from who and why?
From Greg
Not to worry about things out of your control. The more you complain or worry about those things, the more energy you waste. Things you can control are the only things that you can use to pave your path, so put all your positve focus on them. Things out of your control cannot be helped so there's no point wasting energy on it, even if you don't like it. That's what I've learnt out the 23 years I've been here!

Hey Josh,
I’m a big fan of yours Josh and have followed your career since it began! Congratulations on your 50th game for West Coast last week, it was a great win. The boys are really heading in the right direction! I’ve heard a few interesting pre-game rituals in the past.  What is your pre-game ritual? Is it the same no matter what day you play? Congratulations on an amazing career so far Josh and I wish you all the best in the future!
From Tash
Hey Tash,
Yeah my little things are that I'm always here two hours before the game, I always do touch and some leads before the game with our runner, and I'll always be at the back when we run out and make sure I pat our captain on his back. And I never touch the banner, it's weird but for some reason I always try to dodge it when I run through! Haha

Hey JK,
I see a lot of guys listening to their ipods before a game. Do you do that too? What’s on your playlist to help you get up for a game?
Cheers,
Amber
Hey Amber,
Yeah I find music can really influence your mood. I like all music, so my playlists change heaps, but the songs I tend to listen to are ones that I can put stories to not necessarly a pump up one, but because it reminds me of my mates back home and always makes me laugh about the good times I've had with them. They put me in a good mood to play footy. I've been smashing Jimmy Barnes lately, but me and Luke Shuey have been listening to Pit Bull "Give Me Everything" the last few weeks, that gets us fired up!
