The 23-year-old spent two years on the Cats’ list before being drafted by the Power at pick 78 in the 2008 National Draft. He made his AFL debut against the Roos in Round 7 and the clash with the undefeated Cats will be his third AFL game.
Davenport is joined in the side by Alipate Carlile, who has overcome a virus, and defenders Nathan Krakouer and Nick Lower. Matt Westhoff was the final omission – he will line up for Central District on Sunday.
The Power will hold their final training session tomorrow at Skilled Stadium.
The match against the Cats will be Mark Williams' 250th in charge of the Power.
