Ramanauskas joined afl.com.au's Justin Rodski to co-host this week's episode of Stats City, and said the players' actions could devastate Collingwood's season.
"It's very scary I think. We've all seen the TAC commercials and what can happen there," Ramanauskas said.
"I think the big thing is the supporters will be disappointed with them, but the main thing is their teammates will be disappointed with them – they're three vital players for the Collingwood Football Club and for them to be missing these last four games is almost unforgivable."
Ramanauskas also reveals Matthew Knights has been "a breath of fresh air" since taking over the senior coaching position at Windy Hill.
"Knighter's come in with his own ideas, which has been the best thing," he said.
"He came in with a real offensive game but he wanted the players to use their flair, be creative as much as they can, use their skills and try things, take risks."
The 27-year-old admitted he's enjoying the transparency of his new coach.
"I think the biggest change has been the feedback system. Knighter is a guy that will speak to you week in, week out after every game.
"He'll tell you as it is, whether it's good or bad and for me that's all I've ever wanted. You prefer someone to tell you the truth rather than beat around the bush.
