Membership Services Administrator

The Western Bulldogs, as one of the 18 clubs of the Australian Football League (AFL) and situated in the fastest growing region of Australia, is breaking new ground in delivering sustainable, high level performances, both on and off the field. We are seeking a Membership Services Administrator to join our Membership Services team.

You will spend most of your working day providing members and fans with exceptional customer service and experience through differing communications channels including phone, email and in person.

The successful candidate will have experience in a high volume customer service environment and efficient customer administration. You will have a commitment to making the customer your number one priority and be part of a small, hardworking team. Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

The key skills include:

• Customer Sales & Service - providing members and fans with exceptional customer service and experience.
• Membership Administration - Delivery of accurate and efficient processing of membership sales and enquiries.

This role is a full time position, but is required to have flexible working hours, including weekend work.
