Glenn Archer is set to become only the second player in the history of the North Melbourne Football Club to play 300 games for the club in this Sunday's Round 13 clash against the Bulldogs at the MCG.
A host of match-day activities are planned to mark the occasion, featuring past players, a commemorative jumper, special Archer 300 merchandise, a post-match presentation and giveaways for the fans.
Thousands of Go Roos and Archer placards will be distributed, giving you a chance to win an Archer 300 commerative jumper in the interactive half-time competition.
Special Glenn Archer 300th t-shirts will be available in children’s sizes (5-15 year olds) and a cap will be available for purchase by adults. Merchandise outlets will be located outside Gates 1 and 3 and inside Gate 5.
These items are strictly limited in number and are only available at the game so be sure to grab your piece of history before it sells out.
James Brayshaw will host a presentation at the city end of the ground immediately after the game in which games record-holder Wayne Schimmelbusch will present Archer with a specially commissioned medal in honour of his 300th game.
There will be two Kangaroos-friendly seating areas - M12 and M13 in the Southern Stand (enter Gates 4 & 5) and M30 - M34 in the Ponsford Stand (enter Gate 1) so Roos fans can get together and support their team. The cheersquad will be seated behind the goals at the city end.
