1. Competition commences at 9am on 12/08/06. Entry is only open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over as at 12/08/06. Entries close at 2:15pm on 12/08/06.
2. The prizes will be drawn on 15/08/06 at 3.30pm at the offices of Red Energy.
3. Winners will be notified by mail and their names published in The Age on 21/08/06.
4. There are a total of three prizes. 1st prize consists of: Two tickets to attend the Official Melbourne Football Club Grand Final Brunch to be held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne and two tickets for ground entry and reserved seating at the MCG for the AFL Grand Final, Melbourne, Victoria on 30/09/06. The Promoter will not be responsible for any transport or accommodation costs associated with redeeming the 1st prize. The 2nd prize consists of $1000 of free electricity from Red Energy. The 3rd prize consists of $500 of free electricity from Red Energy.
5. To redeem the $1000 and $500 of free electricity (the credit), the winner must be a Victorian resident and have a residential electricity account with Red Energy by 30/8/06. The credit will appear on the winner's first bill from Red Energy after the prize draw.
6. No prize is redeemable for cash and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to take or use the prize as stated. In the event that a prize winner's agreement with Red Energy ends and the account is in credit at the time of producing the final bill as a result of the prize credit, you will not be entitled to any refund which relates to such credit.
7. Red Energy will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. All sections of the entry form must be completed to be eligible for the prize draw.
9. Employees of the MFC and Red Energy are ineligible to enter the prize draws.
10. By completing the entry form you are authorising Red Energy to contact you for marketing purposes unless you elect to tick the 'Opt Out' box of the entry form.
11. In relation to each draw, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
