Carlton's priority draft selection of 2007, Matthew Kreuzer, will make his senior debut against Essendon at the MCG on Saturday night, in one of two changes to this week's team.

Kreuzer, a month shy of his 19th birthday, has been promoted, along with key defender Michael Jamison, who returns from a one-week lay-off with general soreness.

Setanta O'hAilpin and Jake Edwards have both been omitted.

Kreuzer, the 200cm Northern Under 18 ruckman/forward, was on line to complete his debut in the opening round of the season against Richmond, having performed admirably in the final home and away match against the Western Bulldogs at Princes Park. However a hip injury sustained at training the following week forced him out of contention for both the first and second rounds.
