Tyson Edwards, Scott Thompson, Jonathon Griffin, Bernie Vince, Chris Knights and Robert Shirley will be among 22 Crows and 300 AFL players heading back to grassroots football across Australia on Saturday.
The Community Football Weekend is an important part of Australian Football’s 150 Years celebrations.
Edwards will be the guest at Hahndorf’s home game against Bridgewater in the Hills Central competition; Thompson and Michael Doughty will watch an Amateur League game at Pembroke College; Griffin is heading to Balaklava; Shirley is going home to Whyalla; Vince will be at Maitland; and Chris Knights spends the day at Coonalpyn.
Ivan Maric (Cowell), David Mackay (Port Lincoln) and Brad Moran (Elliston) are traveling to the Eyre Peninsula while Scott Stevens and Brad Symes will appear at SANFL venues.
