IT WAS anotherpleasing result on the weekend against Richmond.

We went over to Adelaide in round 14 and produceda sub-standard performance and one that we weren't too happy with, but theplaying group responded really well against the Tigers.

Although we went in asfavourites, Richmondhas been very honest over recent weeks and we were tested early in the match.

The Tigers startedreally well and got the jump on us. It took us a while to steady the ship, butwe finished the game off well and ended up winning by 53 points.

It gives us a goodfoundation for our clash against St Kilda this weekend.

A lot has been saidabout 'Buddy' Franklinthis season, and he's been a little bit down in the past three or four weeks, but 'Roughie' has stepped up on a few occasions. I thought he played his bestmatch for the club against Richmond.

Jarryd booted 5.1 andI thought his intensity was really good. 'Buddy' was slow in the first halfbefore coming good. He kicked four goals in the second half.

Mitch Thorp made hisdebut and added to the forward line. He had limited opportunities, but he stillhad three shots at goal and an assist.

The forward mix is nowshowing some potency. It was also good to regain Ben Dixon, who played hisfirst match since round 10. Although he was short of a run, I thought he showedleadership and direction in a young forward line.

We still have injuredduo Mark Williams and Tim Boyle to come back into our forward mix, so it's goodto have several forward options.

The midfield againperformed well. Sam Mitchell was very good with his centre bounce clearancework. We sent the ball inside 50m 66 times, which gave our forwards plenty ofopportunities.

Our defence is alsoworking well. Trent Croad was fantastic on Matthew Richardson and CampbellBrown had his hands full with Nathan Brown, but he made a solid contribution.

Stephen Gilham again performedwell down back, along with Grant Birchall, Rick Ladson and Brent Guerra, whodid a great job on Kayne Pettifer.

There weren't too manypassengers, which is the key to winning games.

Now that every teamhas played each other after 15 rounds, we're really pleased to be second on theladder.

We're getting asked bythe media and journalists about finals footy, but it really is a strangequestion because it's hard to speculate about the finals when you're not thereyet.

We're not going to getahead of ourselves, particularly in such an even year.

If we lose a couple ofmatches in a row, we could easily drop from second to outside the eight, sowe've just got to keep worrying about the next game – which is next Saturdaynight against St Kilda at Telstra Dome.
