I remember Stewie's final game for the Saints and his career; a lot sadder than I ever expected as unfortunately we didn't win (lost to Melbourne). Wish he was still here playing with us to experience our next grand final which will hopefully be sometime between 2004-2010.

I remember the crowd that cheered everytime his "bucket" hands were on the ball and whenever he kicked one of his terrific goals. On his last game he handed his number down to Saints youngster Justin Koschitze who will wear his number with honour and will hopefully follow some of Loewie's great footsteps.

You were a legend to us all mate, its a shame to see you gone especially without the great last game burkie had! Please come down to saints with Burkie and the boys! Leave Danny and still get some success with us!
