Ticketing Coordinator

Driven to be recognised and respected as the most successful sporting club in Australia, both on and off the field, we are now seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to join our Customer Marketing team.
The successful candidate will coordinate a number of ticketing programs and initiatives to drive matchday access and increase attendance at Essendon matches during the AFL home and away season.
Reporting initially to the Customer Marketing Manager, you will take ownership for end to end delivery of matchday ticketing for Essendon games, ticket re-sale and transfer programs and also group ticket sales.
You will leverage your demonstrated ability to manage a range of stakeholders as you work closely with the Essendon fan development team, stadium staff, ticketing agencies & the AFL. You will draw on your communication skills to maintain and update content for Essendon’s ticketing website that hosts ticketing information for members and fans.
To be successful you must bring strong experience in ticketing (either at a ticketing agency or client side in a similar role), advanced Microsoft Office skills and demonstrated stakeholder management.
Experience with stadium bookings in entertainment or sport, an understanding of the Archtics data platform and knowledge of Ticketmaster and/or Ticketek systems will also be considered favourably.
