COLLINGWOOD'S injury woes intensified on Sunday with the Magpies losing two of their stars to hamstring injuries in separate matches.
Darcy Moore will have scans to determine the severity of a hamstring problem he sustained during the loss to Geelong, while luckless small forward Jamie Elliott will join him after he lasted just over 10 minutes in the VFL because of hamstring soreness.
Moore came from the ground in the second term with a problem to the same hamstring he hurt in the Pies' round two loss to the Giants.
INJURY CRISIS? Pies to review management
Playing his second match of the season and first in a month, Elliott spent the first quarter of Collingwood's VFL clash with Geelong on bench, before leaving the field midway through the second term.
Collingwood's day was further soured when Tom Phillips – one of their better players in 2018 – was left dazed after a knee to the head from teammate Chris Mayne early in the third term.
Phillips never returned to the field.

Jarrad Waite is in doubt for North Melbourne's big match against Greater Western Sydney in Hobart on Saturday.
The veteran Roo left the field late in the game with a corked thigh and didn't return.
The Giants may head south without co-captain Phil Davis.
The key defender was knocked out by an accidental Jack Darling elbow in the third quarter and didn't return.

Davis' teammate Matt de Boer is almost certain to be sidelined, after he missed the second half because of a hamstring injury.
The Western Bulldogs will likely travel to Adelaide on Friday night to tackle the Crows without Aaron Naughton.
The first-year player was absent following quarter-time in the Dogs' win over the Lions after he suffered suspected ankle ligament damage.

St Kilda could face Collingwood on Saturday night without Jake Carlisle.
The key defender's night was over in the second quarter after he was on the receiving end of an errant Nat Fyfe knee to the head.

Hawk Jarman Impey will be monitored after he left the ground with blood coming from his head following a clash with Luke Parker in the final quarter on Friday night.
